    SMS confirmation received? Pwede mo nang i-claim ang Cash Loan mo in 2 easy ways:

    Through your bank account
    Through cash pick up at Metrobank, Bayad Center or Cebuana Lhuillier

    Metrobank – Pumunta sa nearest na Metrobank branch, present 2 valid IDs and your reference number, and fill-up a remittance form.

    Bayad Center – Pumunta sa piling Bayad Center branch (http://bit.ly/bayadremit), present all IDs na ginamit sa loan application, at reference #.

    Cebuana Lhuillier – Pumunta sa nearest Cebuana Lhuilller branch, present 1 valid ID, reference #, and fill-up a Cebuana Lhuillier form.

    Tandaan! Your Cash Loan contract will be canceled ‘pag hindi ito na-claim within 7 days.

    What is the minimum / maximum Cash Loan amount?

    The minimum loanable amount is Php 10,000. The maximum amount will depend on the offer given to you.

    What is the minimum / maximum cash loan term I can avail?

    You have the option of availing for a Cash Loan from 18, 24, 30 or 36 months. However, this will depend on the offer given to you.

    What is the exact monthly interest rate for a Home Credit Cash Loan?

    The monthly Interest for the Home Credit Cash Loan will depend on the offer given to you. Thorough explanation will be provided to you during your initial application.

    Is insurance being offered together with Cash Loan?

    Yes.

    How long does it takes for the processing of the Cash Loan application as well as approval?

    Approval takes only up to 30 minutes once all pertinent documents and application is submitted.

    How will I know if my Cash Loan application is approved?

    You will receive an SMS notification 30 minutes after you submit application documents and requirements.

    I received an SMS / Email offering me a Home Credit Cash Loan. Do I need to call your hotline, or can I go to your partner stores directly?

    You can either call the hotline, or you may go to our partner stores directly.

    I received a Cash Loan offer, can I opt for a higher or lower amount than the one I received?

    You may opt for a lower amount but you cannot apply for a higher loan amount.

    I received two different Cash Loan offers, which one should I get?

    You must apply for the latest offer sent to you.

    I have an on-going cash loan, can I apply for another cash loan?

    Yes, if you received an offer for a 2nd Cash Loan.

    I have an existing consumer loan and a cash loan, can I use only one contract number to pay the monthly fee for both loans?

    No, since you have 2 contract numbers, you must pay each contract separately.

    How can I get my loan proceeds?

    Proceeds can be claimed through:

    • Metrobank – Pumunta sa nearest na Metrobank branch, present 2 valid IDs and your reference number, and fill-up a remittance form.
    • Bayad Center – Pumunta sa piling Bayad Center branch (http://bit.ly/bayadremit), present all IDs na ginamit sa loan application, at reference #.

    When can I claim my cash loan?

    After signing your Cash Loan contract, you will receive an SMS notification informing you the date you may claim your loan.

    If I opted for a cash pick-up, when will I receive the SMS?

    You should receive an SMS the next business day from approval of your Cash Loan.

    Can I use Smart Money/Globe G-Cash, and the likes for cash disbursement instead of bank account number, will this be possible?

    As of now, we only accept client’s bank account number as a medium for cash disbursement (Cash Transfer).

    I want to know if my Payroll/Current/Savings ATM can be accepted for fund transfer.

    Yes, ATM is being accepted for fund transfer as long as it is under the customer’s name and customer can provide bank account number and document to verify it.

    What banks are accepted for Bank Transfer?

    What are the requirements to bring for bank transfer?

    For Bank transfer, simply bring any proof of your bank account (issued by the bank. e.g. passbook transaction, bank certification, etc.).

    I haven’t received any SMS that I can now claim my Cash Loan.

    Can I claim my Cash Loan even if I am outside Metro Manila?

    Yes, you may claim your Cash Loan in any Metrobank or Cebuana Lhuillier branch nationwide.

    Can I change my bank account number for Cash Loan disbursement?

    The bank account number for disbursement cannot be changed once the contract is sent to evaluation. You must cancel your Cash Loan contract and re-apply for a new one with your new bank account number.

    How long do I have to claim my Cash Loan once available (Cash Pick-up)?

    You have 7 days to claim your Cash Loan at Metrobank or Cebuana Lhuillier.

    My application for a Cash Loan was rejected, can I re-apply?

    Yes, but you can only re-apply 3 months after and if you still have an existing Cash Loan offer from Home Credit.

    Are there any discounts given if I pay in advance?

    No, but if you pay in advance, you may benefit from interest re-calculation through the form of Full Early Repayment (FER) and Partial Early Repayment (PER).

    If I want to fully pay the loaned amount within 2 weeks (14 days), how much shall I pay?

    You will just have to pay the loan amount with no interest or fee.

    Where can I pay my monthly fee?

    Just like the regular consumer loan, you may pay in all 7-11 branches, any payment center with ECPAY or Bayad Center logos, SM Malls, M.Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier and RCBC Commercial Banks through cash, online banking and ATM transactions.

    I want to know the due date of my monthly payment, where can I get that?

    What are the penalties if my payment is delayed?

    Below are the fees for delayed payments:

    • • Collection Charge: Php 200
    • • Past Due 30 days: Php 400
    • • Past Due 60 days: Php 600
    • • Past Due 90 days: Php 800
    • Please note that the fees listed above are subject to change.

    Can I pay using my Credit or Debit Card? Can I pay using checks?

    Credit card (w/ Mastercard or VISA logo) and Debit Card w/ Bancnet logo are accepted through Online Bayad Centers. For Other payment channels (including mobile/ internet banking) only accepts cash payments as of now.

    I would like my monthly payments to be directly debited from my bank account, would this be possible?

    Yes, direct debit option is accepted.

    When will you debit my payment from my bank account?

    Your payment will be debited 3 days before your due date.

    Can I pay via other payment channels even if I am enrolled to ADA?

    Yes, you can still pay your monthly installment thru our payment channel partners even if you are enrolled to ADA. Please make sure to pay the exact amount of your installment before the debiting date to make sure that we will not deduct any amount from your bank account.
