I am enrolled in Auto Debit Arrangement (ADA). How will I know if my payment was succesfully debited on my bank account?
You will receive emaill and SMS 48 hours from your payment to confirm status. You can also check your transaction using our Mobile App which is downloadable in Google Playstore bit.ly/hcphautoreply.
You may also check My Payments portal for the status payment. But in case that your ADA is unsuccessful, you will receive an SMS notification stating that we were unable to deduct on your account. Please coordinate this with your bank and for the meantime, you may pay your monthly installment on our accredited payment channels.
