1. For whom is My Home Credit app?

Only existing clients with loan account number can use the application.

2. Where can I download My Home Credit app?

You can download the application for free in Google Play only.

3. Is the mobile application free?

You can download the application for free in Google Play only.

4. How can I register?

Use your loan account number and your date of birth. Get a verification code in SMS and set up your PIN for future access. You can find your loan account number on your loan agreement.

5. Why I didn’t receive my verification code?

Please make sure that you are using the same phone number as you registered in the loan agreement. Please call our customer service in case you have a new phone number. After phone number change, register again after 4 hours.

6. I forgot my PIN what should I do?

There is a “Forgot PIN” function in the application lock screen. You will have to enter your loan account number and date of birth again to nominate a new PIN.

7. What are the mobile app features?

You will see all your loan details, payment calendar, payment status, payment channels, loan offers and contacts. No worries that you miss some news, we will notify you about important events.

8. Is the payment status updated immediately?

No, it takes up to 48 hours to confirm your last payment. In case you don’t see your last payment even after 48 hours, contact our customer service.
