Promo is open to target Home Credit Cardholders with active accounts in good credit standing

1. Qualified Home Credit Cardholders can participate in the promo by making any purchase using the Home Credit Card on Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop. They will be rewarded with 5% Loyalty Points after transaction is made. 1 Loyalty Points = 1 PHP Cashback.
2. Cardholders can only receive a maximum of 500 Loyalty Points for the duration of the campaign.
3. Loyalty Points for eligible customers will be credited automatically after each transaction.
4. All unused loyalty points will be retracted by Home Credit Philippines on July 15, 2027.                                    
5. Cash rebates are non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
6. Home Credit Cardholders whose accounts become delinquent, are terminated, or closed within the promo duration are disqualified from the promo.
7. HCPH reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
8. HCPH reserves the right to vary these terms & conditions with prior approval of DTI.
9. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB. 
10. In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, HCPH’s decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.

1. Customer’s account must be active to be eligible for the promo.
2. Only purchases made through Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada are eligible to earn loyalty points.
3. Home Credit Cardholders whose accounts become delinquent or terminated within the promo duration are disqualified from the promo.
4. HCPH reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
5. Any dispute concerning the product/s and/or service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Customer and Home Credit with the concurrence of DTI.
6. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Home Credit Card and reminders and other provisions contained in the statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
7. All unused loyalty points will be retracted by Home Credit Philippines on July 15, 2027
