Who can avail of HCProtect for devices?
HCProtect for devices or Device Protection can be availed by: 1.
Customers who availed of devices such as phone, tablet or laptop
thru Home Credit Loans within the last 14 days. 2. Customers with
devices who don’t have existing ADLD plans 3. Customers who don’t
have an existing pending loan application for Device Protection 4.
Customers who don’t have rejected loan application for Device
Protection (within the last 3 months)

How can I avail of HCProtect for devices Protection using My Home
Credit app?
To avail HCProtect for devices: 1. Look for Device Protection
under Special Offers and tap Buy Now. 2. Click on Manage Loans &
choose the device you want to protect. 3. Click More Options then
select Device Protection 4. Choose a plan and click Buy Now 5.
Enter referral code shared by your friend or Home Credit Sales
Associate (optional) 6. Click Continue & review the purchase
details 7. Click Start Loan Application Process 8. Review your
information then click Submit Application. You’ll receive
notification while your application is being processed and once it
is approved. 9. Once approved, review the loan details and sign
the loan contact agreement using OTP that will be sent to your
mobile number. 10. When you receive a notification to activate
your Device Protection, open the message and tap Pay Now. 11.
Choose to pay your via ADA, Pay Online or Pay Over-the-Counter.
12. After paying, a notification will be sent that your device
protection is now activated.

How do I file for a claim if the screen of my covered device
breaks?
1. Notify our service provider, Bolttech, by: (i) registering on
the online portal at
https://homecredit.device.bolttech.ph/service-request; (ii) via
Facebook Page bolttech Device Protection Asia (Messenger), (iii)
calling via landline 02 8464 3488 / 77922681 / 77922683, toll free
1800 188 801 08, mobile 0939 405 7718 (Smart) / 0945 601 3601
(Globe) Mondays through Fridays from 9am to 5pm (including public
holidays), or (iv) send an email to homecreditcs@bolttech.ph.
Claiming instructions also provided in the certificate of
coverage] 2. Submit repair request for the device within 30
calendar days from the date when the incident occurred to Boltech,
otherwise, Bolttech reserves the right to deny the repair request.
