Steps on How to Avail Your Home Credit Protect Plan
1. Visit a Home Credit Partner Store
Visit any store accredited by Home Credit and choose the device, appliance, or furniture you want to buy.
2. Choose Your Product
Pick the item you want to purchase through a Home Credit loan.
3. Connect with a Sales Agent
A Sales Agent will guide you through the loan process and explain the Home Credit Protect plan that you can avail.
4. Complete Your Purchase
Once your loan is approved, your monthly payment will include the fee for your chosen Home Credit Protect plan. You can view your Contract of Coverage (COC) under the documents section of your active loan in the Home Credit App.
5. Enjoy Peace of Mind
You’re now protected! For covered events (like damage or loss), contact Home Credit Customer Service or follow the claims steps.
