Home Credit Card and HCQWARTA Valentine Promo

Promo is open to all Home Credit Cardholders and HCQWARTA clients with active accounts & good credit standing who have received a notification via Email, SMS, and Push Notification on My Home Credit App.

Mechanics:

1. Eligible and active HCQWARTA clients can get P143 CASHBACK on their QR Ph transaction with code: HCLOVE14 with maximum discount of P143 and minimum single-spend of P1,500.

2. Eligible and active Home Credit Cardholders can get P143 CASHBACK on their in-store swipe transactions with maximum discount of P143 and minimum single-spend of P2,500.

3. Promo code/discount may only be used once per user during the promo period.

4. Promo comde/discount is valid for one-time use only.

5. Cancelled or disputed transactions are not eligible for the promo discount. 

6. The promo discount is non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.

7. To join the raffle promo, HCQWARTA users need to make a successful QR transaction via the Home Credit App using the promo code: HCLOVE14 with minimum single-spend of P1,500 within the promo duration. This will also be equivalent to one (1) raffle entry.

8. To join the raffle promo, Home Credit Cardholders need to make a successful in-store transaction on grocery, restaurant, or retail store with minimum single-spend of P2,500 within the promo duration. This will also be equivalent to one (1) raffle entry.

9. Any succeeding transactions (after the first qualified transaction) without minimum spend requirement will earn one (1) raffle entry.

12. Home Credit employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the raffle.

13. All winner/s should be notified via registered Email, registered SMS and Push Notification. A Home Credit PH representative shall get in touch with the winner/s to verify their identity and to give further instructions on prize redemption. 

14. The raffle winners may be required to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Home Credit regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.

15. Home Credit reserves the right to disclose or publish the names and photos/videos of the winners in any mode or manner it deems appropriate.

16. Home Credit will monitor the earning of raffle entries, assign the electronic raffle entries, and draw the winners via randomizer in the presence of representatives from Home Credit and DTI on the date of the raffle draw.

17. Cash rebates are non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.

18. Home Credit Cardholders and HCQWARTA clients whose accounts become delinquent, are terminated, or closed within the promo duration are disqualified from the promo.

19. HCPH reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).

20. HCPH reserves the right to vary these terms & conditions with prior approval of DTI.

21. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB. 

22. With prior approval of DTI, HCPH reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize in the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption. 

23. In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, HCPH’s decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.

1. Cancelled transactions are automatically disqualified for the promo.  

2. Home Credit Card and HCQWARTA clients whose accounts were terminated or closed within the promo duration are disqualified from the promo.

3. Promo is not valid in conjunction with other ongoing promotions.

4. Home Credit reserves the right to disqualify customers from availing of this promotion if found to have committed acts of fraud or, if based on Home Credit’s sole determination, have violated existing policies on credit and subscription, and/or other analogous circumstances.

5. Home Credit Philippines has the sole discretion in determining whether a transaction is qualified. HCPH is dependent on the merchant category classifications assigned by the acquiring party of each merchant establishment to be able to identify the qualification of a transaction. In case a transaction is put into question, HCPH may require client to submit documents related to the transaction in question to resolve the matter.

6. Any dispute concerning the product/s and/or service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Customer and Home Credit with the concurrence of DTI.

7. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Home Credit Card & HCQWARTA and reminders and other provisions contained in the statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.

Promo period is from February 14, 2025 to February 28, 2025

Customers participating in this promo may still avail of any other on-going promotion of Home Credit or its partner retailers.

A minimum spend of Php 1,500 on QR transaction for HCQWARTA users and P2,500 on in-store/POS transaction for Home Credit Cardholers to get the ₱143 OFF.

Customers who cancel their application within the promo period will be disqualified/will be exempted on the list of eligible customer. Home Credit employees and relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are also disqualified to join the raffle.
