Easter EGGstra Special Offer

This is open to selected and eligible Home Credit Cash Loan customers who will receive an email, SMS, Viber, and/or push notifications about the limited-time offer promo from March 14, 2025 to April 20, 2025.

Mechanics

1. The Easter EGGstra Special Offer Campaign is open to selected and eligible Home Credit existing customers with good credit standing who have received an offer notification via Email, SMS, Viber, and Push Notification on Home Credit Online Loan app.

2. The promo period is from March 14 to April 20, 2025.

3. Qualified customers may get a chance of up to 25% savings in their monthly installment if they signed a Home Credit Cash Loan within the duration of the promo period.

4. To qualify for the promo, the customer must have/do the following:

• Must be an existing HCPH customer.
• Customer’s account must have an active low-price cash loan offer before applying for the loan. Offer will be valid only within the promo duration.
• Get an exclusive low interest offer communication via any communication channels: Email, SMS, Viber, Push Notification and/or Telesales call.
• Must score and apply for a cash loan exclusive to the following application channels:

          a. Online via the new Home Credit Online Loan app
          b. Over-the-phone through our Telesales hotline
          c. Over-the-phone through our Customer Service line
          d. Onsite at any Home Credit partner store

5. Customers who will score and apply via the old My Home Credit app will not be eligible for the limited-time offer

6. Cancelled applications transactions are not eligible for the limited-time offer. 

7. The limited-time offer is non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.

8. HCPH reserves the right to vary these terms & conditions with prior approval of DTI.

1. Home Credit Philippines has the sole discretion in determining whether a transaction is qualified. In case a transaction is put into question, HCPH may require the customer to submit documents related to the transaction in question to resolve the matter.

2. HCPH reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).

3. Any dispute concerning the product/s and/or service/s related to the limited-time offer promo shall be settled directly between the Customer and Home Credit with the concurrence of DTI.

4. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Home Credit Card and reminders, and other provisions contained in the statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.

The offer is only applied in the refreshed Home Credit Online Loan app. You may download it via App Store or Google Play Store.

There is no minimum loan amount required as long as customer is eligible and has received offer notification.

Cancelled applications transactions are not eligible for the limited-time offer.

Only customers who received an offer notification via Email, SMS, Viber, and/or Push Notification on Home Credit Online Loan App during the promo period are eligible.
