O-ber Cash Saya Promo

1. HC Consumer Finance Philippines, Inc. (Home Credit) will launch “O-Ber Cash Saya Promo" which is open to all Commodity, Cash Loan, Credit card and Qwarta customers of Home Credit. 
2. This promo will run for these following days for October 1 to November 30. 
3. To Qualify. 
For Commodity/Cash accounts: 

• A customer must have at least 2 months of installments left during the raffle draw.
• Clients with outstanding balances below PHP4,500.00: Must pay at least PHP4,500.00 to earn raffle entry.
• Clients with outstanding balances above PHP4,500,00: Must pay their total outstanding balance in full to earn one raffle entry.
• If client will pay PHP4,500 each month for 2 months, he/she can earn a total of 2 raffle entries.

For Qwarta and Credit card accounts: 
•    Customer must pay their Total Amount Due within the promo period to earn 1 raffle entry. 

There will be a total of (62) winners and they will be getting the following prizes via cash.
•    (1) winner of Php50,000.00 cash prize
•    (1) winners of Php10,000.00 cash prize
•    (20) winners of 1 monthly installment not higher than 3,000 
•    (40) winners of 500 rebate on next monthly installment  

5. Electronic raffle draw will be held on December 12, 2024 at 2:00pm via video conference or at Home Credit office at 7th floor Spark Place Cubao Quezon City with the presence of a DTI representative.  
6. Winners will be notified through registered mail, social media post (Home Credit FB Page) , e-mail notification and callout via their available contact information on file with Home Credit. 
7. Winners must present 2 valid IDs with picture and the official notification letter when claiming their prizes. 
8. Home Credit and its partner-retailers’ employees and its affiliates, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from this raffle.
9. Redemption period of prizes is until 60 days from receipt of registered mail; otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of Home Credit with prior DTI approval.
10. An authorized representative can claim the prize on behalf of the winner and must present an authorization letter, photocopy of winner’s ID and 2 valid IDs of authorized representative.  Winners may claim their Prize at the Home Credit Office - 7th floor Spark Place Bldg., P. Tuazon Ave corner 10th Ave. Cubao, Quezon City. Provincial winners may coordinate at the nearest HC Consumer office in their area.
11. A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value.
12. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the Home credit.
13. The prizes are not convertible to cash and not transferable.

1. Customers participating in this raffle may still avail of any other ongoing promotions of Home Credit or its partner retailers.
2. 20% tax of prizes exceeding 10k shall be shouldered by Home Credit.
3. Home Credit reserves the right to disqualify customers from availing of this promotion if found to have committed acts of fraud or have violated existing policies on credit and subscription.
