Home Credit Card and HCQWARTA Christmas Promo

Promo is open to all Home Credit Cardholders and HCQWARTA clients with active accounts & good credit standing who have received a notification via Email, SMS, and Push Notification on the Home Credit App.

Mechanics

1. The promo is open to Home Credit Card and HCQWARTA clients who have received a notification via SMS, email, Viber in-app notification, and push notification on Home Credit App.

2. The promo period is from November 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

3. To join the promo, qualified clients will receive an in-app banner via the Home Credit App. Qualified clients must click the "Christmas Promo" in-app banner to register. If the client’s registration is valid, a push notification will be sent within the same day.

4. Qualified clients may start spending with their Home Credit Card and HCQWARTA with at least ₱100 for a chance to win 5,000 loyalty points (weekly raffle draw) and brand-new motorcycle, iPhone 17, laptop and PS5 (grand raffle draw). 

5. Qualified clients will receive a scratch banner from December 1, 2025 to December 25, 2025 as part of the additional rewards for this promo. 

6. The scratch banner can only be accessed using the Home Credit App. Home Credit Cardholders and HCQWARTA clients are encouraged to download the refreshed Home Credit App to be eligible for this gaming experience. 

7. All prizes won in the scratch banner will automatically reflected on or before December 25, 2025.

8. Qualified clients can have multiple raffle entries during the promo period and only after the necessary transactions are validated and posted. In case a client’s name was drawn more than once, client gets the prizes of higher value.

9. The more qualified transactions clients make, the more raffle entries they earn. Qualified clients may only win once in the weekly raffle draw but are still eligible to win in the grand raffle draw.

10. Raffle draws will be held in HC Consumer Finance Philippines, Inc. Office, 15th Floor Ore Central 9th Avenue corner 31st Street Fort Bonifacio Taguig City, in the presence of a DTI representative on the following schedules:

11. Distribution and/or claiming of prize will be until 60 days from the raffle draw date. Winners must present two (2) valid IDs with picture and an official notification letter when claiming their prizes.

12. Canceled or disputed transactions are not eligible for the promo. 

13. Home Credit employees and their relatives up to the second (2nd) degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from this promo/to join the raffle.

14. Home Credit reserves the right to disclose or publish the names and photos/videos of the winners in any mode or manner it deems appropriate.

15. Prizes are non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.

16. Home Credit Cardholders and HCQWARTA clients whose accounts become delinquent, are terminated, or closed within the promo duration are disqualified from the promo.

17. HCPH reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).

18. HCPH reserves the right to vary these terms & conditions with prior approval of DTI.

19. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB. 

20. In the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption (after 60 days from receipt of registered mail, email, SMS or push notification) and with prior approval of DTI, HCPH reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize. 

21. In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, HCPH’s decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.

1. Customer’s account must be active and in good credit standing for the whole duration of the promo to be eligible for this campaign. 

2. Home Credit Cardholders and HCQWARTA clients whose accounts become delinquent or terminated within the promo duration are disqualified from the promo.

3. HCPH reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).

4. Any dispute concerning the product/s and/or service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Customer and Home Credit with the concurrence of DTI.

5. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Home Credit Card & HCQWARTA and reminders and other provisions contained in the statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
