Home Credit Card and HCQWARTA Raining Rewards Promo

The promo is open to Home Credit Card and HCQWARTA clients who have received a notification via SMS, email, Viber in-app notification, and push notification on My Home Credit App.

Mechanics

1. The promo is open to Home Credit Card and HCQWARTA clients who have received a notification via SMS, email, Viber in-app notification, and push notification on Home Credit App.

2. The promo period is from August 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025.

3. To join the promo, qualified clients will receive an in-app banner via the Home Credit App. Qualified clients must click the "Raining Rewards Promo" in-app banner to register. If the client’s registration is valid, a push notification will be sent within the same day.

4. Qualified clients may start spending with their Home Credit Card and HCQWARTA to accumulate spend and redeem eGCs and raffle ticket/s for a chance to win P50,000 worth of grocery shopping spree within promo period. Qualified clients can earn up to PHP 1,000 eGCs for a minimum accumulated spend requirement within the promo period. All successful transactions made by qualified clients will be included in the promo. Redeemable raffle tickets, P200-worth of bills pay promo code and P1,000-worth of eGC are based on the (highest) tier reached during the promo period.

5. Qualified clients can have multiple raffle entries during the promo period and only after the necessary transactions are validated and posted. 

6. The higher spend clients make, the more raffle entries they earn.

7. There will be a total of four (4) winners of 1-minute grocery shopping spree capped at ₱50,000 for the grand raffle draw. A qualified client may only win once for the grand raffle draw.

8. Raffle draws will be held in HC Consumer Finance Philippines, Inc. Office, 15th Floor Ore Central 9th Avenue corner 31st Street Fort Bonifacio Taguig City, in the presence of a DTI representative on the following schedules:

The winners of ₱50,000-worth of grocery shopping-spree or hakot grocery (grand prize winners) shall be given a total of one (1) minute (60 seconds) only each winner to shop and place items in the cart(s). There will be an official timer in the shopping event. Once time expires, only items placed in the shopping cart(s) with a total value not greater than ₱50,000.00 (VAT-inclusive) will be covered.

10. Winners must present 2 valid IDs with picture and the official notification letter when claiming their prizes.

11. Any damages to products within the store incurred while winner is shopping shall be considered sold and will form part of the hakot prize value (VAT-inclusive). If total damages exceed the maximum allowance of hakot prize value, he/she will be required to pay for the excess amount.

12. The hakot shopping activity for the grand prize winners will be scheduled by Home Credit within the month of November 2025 or December 2025. The supermarket/grocery/store shall be determined depending on the location of the winner. Home Credit and the winner will agree on the event details depending on the latter’s availability.

13. Canceled or disputed transactions are not eligible for the promo.

14. Home Credit employees and their relatives up to the second (2nd) degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from this promo/to join the raffle.

15. Home Credit reserves the right to disclose or publish the names and photos/videos of the winners in any mode or manner it deems appropriate.

16. The raffle winners may be required to be interviewed and featured in announcements to be made by Home Credit regarding the promo in any of the following channels: website, social media, print and online media.

17. All raffle prizes are non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.

18. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the winners forfeit their winnings with prior approval from the DTI-FTEB.

19. In the event that the winner fails to claim the prize within the allotted period of redemption (after 60 days from receipt of registered mail, email, SMS or push notification) and with prior approval of DTI, HCPH reserves the right to declare forfeiture of prize.

20. In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, HCPH’s decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.

21. 20% tax of prizes exceeding P10,000 shall be shouldered by HC Consumer Finance Philippines Inc.

1. Customer’s account must be active and in good credit standing for the whole duration of the promo to be eligible for this campaign.

2. Home Credit Cardholders and HCQWARTA clients whose accounts become delinquent or terminated within the promo duration are disqualified from the promo.

3. HCPH reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).

4. Any dispute concerning the product/s and/or service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Customer and Home Credit with the concurrence of DTI.

5. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Home Credit Card & HCQWARTA and reminders and other provisions contained in the statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
