Promo Mechanics and Conditions
Promo is open to target Home Credit Cardholders and HCQWARTA clients with active accounts in good credit standing and have received a notification via Email, SMS, Viber, or Push Notification on the Home Credit App regarding this promotion.
Mechanics
1. Promo period is from October 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
2. Qualified Home Credit Cardholders and HCQWARTA Clients can participate in the promo when they do any transactions (Buy Load, Pay QR, Pay Bills) via the Home Credit App or POS or online payment transactions using their Home Credit Cards with an accumulated spend requirement of P3500 for HCQWARTA and P7000 Home Credit Card Holders.
3. Eligible clients will be credited 300 loyalty points (equivalent to 300 pesos) by January 9, 2026 and will be valid until January 9, 2027.
4. Home Credit employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the promotion.
5. Cash rebates are non-transferable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.
6. Home Credit Cardholders whose accounts become delinquent, are terminated, or closed within the promo duration are disqualified from the promo.
7. HCPH reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
8. HCPH reserves the right to vary these terms & conditions with prior approval of DTI.
9. Failure to comply with any of the requirements or the terms and conditions herein, will have the cardholders forfeit their rebates.
10. In case of disputes regarding customer's eligibility for the promo, coverage of dates, fulfillment, HCPH’s decision shall prevail, in concurrence with DTI.

2. Home Credit Cardholders and HCQWARTA clients whose accounts become delinquent or terminated within the promo duration are disqualified from the promo.
3. HCPH reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system).
4. Any dispute concerning the product/s and/or service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Customer and Home Credit with the concurrence of DTI.
5. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of Home Credit Card and reminders and other provisions contained in the statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
