Maligayang Cash Ko Hakot Promo

This promo is open to all active customers (Product and Cash Loan) of Home Credit with at least two months of installments left on their account.

MECHANICS:

1. HC Consumer Finance Philippines, Inc. (Home Credit) will launch “MALIGAYANG CASH KO HAKOT PROMO” which is open to all active customers (Product and Cash Loan) of Home Credit. 
2. This promo will run for the following days from November 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025.
3. To Qualify.
For Product/Cash accounts: 
•    For Customers with an Upcoming Due Date:
o    Pay your upcoming balance before your due date and an advance of one monthly installment, which should be paid no later than 20 days before the next due date to earn two raffle entries.
•    For Customers with Past Due (1-5 Days):
o    Settle your outstanding balance (including penalties and charges) plus your upcoming installment, which should be paid no later than 20 days before the next due date to earn two raffle entries.
•    For Customers with Past Due (6-90 Days):
o    Settle your outstanding balance (including penalties and charges) plus your upcoming balance on or before the next due date to earn two raffle entries.
•    A customer must have at least two months of installments left during the raffle draw.
•    A customer will receive an additional one raffle entry for paying their loan through eADA. Additionally, if they enroll and make their payment through eADA within the promo period, they will earn two entries.
•    Account should not be under the Interest Back category.
•    Account must be in updated status (not past due) during the raffle draw.
There will be a total of 22 winners, and they will be getting ANY of the following prizes:
•    (2) grand winners of Hakot Cash. Each winner will have 60 seconds inside the cash grab booth to collect as much cash as possible, up to a maximum prize of ₱150,000.00.
•    (10) winners of 1 monthly installment not higher than 3,000
•    (10) winners of P1,000 rebate on their next monthly installment

4. As part of our regular calling process, agents will inform customers about the raffle promo. They will then explain the mechanics and ask if the customer wishes to participate. The agent will record the customer's decision (opt-in or opt-out) in the 'note generator' system. The call recordings will serve as the record of consent that the customer wishes to participate in the promo.
5. The electronic raffle draw will be held on January 14, 2026, at 2:00 pm at the Home Credit office on the 7th floor of Spark Place, Cubao, Quezon City, with the presence of a DTI representative.
6. Winners will be notified through registered mail, social media posts (Home Credit FB Page), SMS notification, or callout via their available contact information on file with Home Credit. 
7. Winners must present 2 valid IDs with pictures, and the official notification letter when claiming prizes. 
8. Home Credit and its partner retailers’ employees and its affiliates, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from this raffle.
9. Customers participating in this raffle may still avail themselves of any other ongoing promotions of Home Credit or its partner retailers.
10. The redemption period of prizes is 60 days from receipt of registered mail; otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of Home Credit with prior DTI approval.
11. A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value.
12. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by Home Credit.
13. Home Credit reserves the right to disqualify customers from availing themselves of this promotion if found to have committed acts of fraud or have violated existing policies on credit and subscription.
14. The prizes are not convertible to cash and are not transferable.
