Dressed in their signature red shirts with the smiley logo, Home Credit’s Sales Associates greet customers with warm smiles and expert guidance, helping Filipinos find the best deals and own what they need – responsibly and confidently.

This feature shares the inspiring stories of three top performing Sales Associates: Jerryco Malvarosa, Kimberly Boiser, and Joebeth Rizaldo – proving that with dedication, passion and heart, basta KASAMA si Home Credit, goals are always within reach.

Every Home Credit Sales Associate (SA) shares one mission: to make it easier for Filipinos to get what they need through fast, simple, and affordable installment plans. Take Jerryco Malvarosa, for example – he goes the extra mile to ensure his customers understand every step of the installment process, helping them bring home what they need, hassle-free. 

Before joining Home Credit, Jerryco was one of the many Filipinos who lost their jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Those three months without work tested his resilience as he struggled to pay rent, utilities, and put food on the table. But his determination never wavered – and everything changed when he became a Sales Associate at Home Credit. 

Driven to rebuild his life, Jerryco arrives early at work, ensures all marketing materials are in place, and patiently explains Home Credit’s installment products and payment options. One day, a loyal customer thanked him for helping them get appliances for their home with ease and at 0% interest.
“Naalala ko po, may customer na nagsabi na malaking tulong si Home Credit nung naghahanap sila ng appliances para sa kanilang bahay – bukod sa 0% interest, mabilis din ang transaction dahil existing client sila at good payer pa.” [ I remember a customer saying that Home Credit was a big help when they were looking for appliances for their home—not only was there 0% interest, the transaction was also fast because they were an existing client and a good payer.]

Now at 39,  Jerryco in his 3+ years with Home Credit is proud that his role as an SA helped him build savings and start a small business – transforming his life for the better. In his words: “Hindi talaga natin maiiwasan ang mga pagsubok, lalo na pagdating sa pera. Pero buti na lang, nandiyan si Home Credit. Mabilis lapitan, walang hassle sa application, at kaagapay sa oras ng pangangailangan.” [ We really can’t avoid challenges, especially when it comes to money. But thankfully, Home Credit is there—easy to approach, hassle-free application, and a reliable partner in times of need.]

Known for his genuine care and patience, Joebeth Rizaldo is the kind of Home Credit Sales Associate who goes the extra mile to help customers bring home something special for their loved ones. 

A devoted father and husband to his two-year-old son and a wife three months pregnant, Joebeth shares the same dream as many Filipino dads – to give his family the best life possible. Through hard work and determination, he was able to buy a motorcycle, upgrade it to a tricycle, and renovate their home. 

One moment that stands out in his journey as an SA was helping Lorena, a mother who purchases an iPhone 13 as a graduation gift for her daughter’s first ever phone. That simple act reminded Joebeth of his own dream to give back to his father. 

“I remember my father wanted a ₱4,500 watch but didn’t buy it because it was too expensive. I promised myself I’d get him one someday. Thanks to my job as an SA, I bought him a watch worth twice as much. Others may think it’s simple, but for me, it’s a big achievement.” 

A week after Lorena’s purchase, she came back with a basket of fruits to thank Joebeth. “But her smile alone was enough to remind me why I do this job,” he shared. 

For Joebeth, life has come full circle. Despite the challenges of meeting monthly targets, he stayed committed and grew from a shy newcomer to a confident SA – always #ReadytoHelp more customers like Lorena make their dreams come true, with Home Credit by their side. 

With a smile that radiates positivity, Kimberly Boiser helps every Home Credit customer feel supported – ensuring they bring home what they need with confidence and ease.  

“Pinaka-tumatak po talaga sa akin is nung may bumalik sa store para magpasalamat kasi nagamit nila yung cellphone na in-apply po nila. Super happy po ako na nakatulong ako at naka-receive pa ako ng referrals dahil satisfied po siya sa service ko,”  she shared. [What really stuck with me the most was when a customer came back to the store to say thank you because they were able to use the cellphone they applied for. I was super happy that I was able to help, and I even received referrals because they were satisfied with my service.]

Kimberly’s journey began humbly as a tindera, selling office supplies just to make ends meet. When she lost that job, she faced the challenge of finding a new way to support her family. But even without work, she never lost her drive. 

Just like how she pushed herself to reach her daily targets as a tindera, Kimberly seized the opportunity to become a Home Credit Sales Associate — and decision that changed her life. From being a small-time seller, the now 31-year-old Kimberly grew into a confident SA who sees her role as more than just a job. For her, it’s a chance to meet people from all walks of life and help turn their plans into reality. 

Now with Home Credit for nearly eight years, Kimberly is proud of how far she’s come and grateful for the many stories she’s been part of. 

“Dati po, maliit na tindera lang ako, pero ngayon isa na po akong sales agent sa isang malaking kumpanya tulad ng Home Credit. Sobrang nagpapasalamat ako dahil hindi lang gumaling ang marketing skills ko – naging better version pa po ako ng sarili ko.” [ Before, I was just a small-time vendor, but now I'm a sales agent at a big company like Home Credit. I'm very thankful because not only did my marketing skills improve—I also became a better version of myself.]
