Home Credit Todo Pasko Hakot Papremyo Raffle

The promo is open to all active customers (Product, Cash Loan and Credit card) customers of Home Credit.

Mechanics

1. HC Consumer Finance Philippines, Inc. (Home Credit) will launch “Todo Pasko Hakot Papremyo Raffle" (“Promo”) which is open to all active customers (Product, Cash Loan and Credit card) customers of Home Credit. 

2. This promo will run for these following days for December 1 – 31, 2024

3. To Qualify

For Product/Cash accounts: 

• A customer must have at least 2 months of installments left during the raffle draw.
•    For contracts with below PHP4,500 monthly installment, they need to Pay PHP4,500 to earn 1 raffle entry.
•    But for contracts with above PHP 4,500 monthly installment, they need to Pay their outstanding / monthly installment balance to earn 1 raffle entry.
•    Client who will pay using Home Credits payment gateway will earn additional 1 raffle entry
•    Account should be on updated status during raffle draw

For Credit card accounts: 
•    Customer must pay their Total Amount Due within the promo period to earn 1 raffle entry. 

There will be a total of (11) winners and they will be getting the following prizes via cash.
•    (1) winner of Php100,000.00 Hakot Grocery (Vat-inclusive)
•    (10) winners of 1 monthly installment not higher than 3,000

4. For the winner of 100,000 hakot grocery, he/she shall be given a total of 5 minutes (300 seconds) only to shop and place items in the cart(s). There will be an official timer in the shopping event. Once time expires, only items placed in the shopping cart(s) with a total value not greater than ₱100,000.00 (vat-inclusive) will be covered.

6. Any damages to products within the store incurred while winner is shopping shall be considered sold and will form part of the hakot prize value (vat-inclusive). If total damages exceed the maximum allowance of hakot prize value, he/she will be required to pay for the excess amount.

7. The hakot shopping activity will be scheduled by Home Credit within the month of February 2025. The supermarket/grocery/store shall be determined depending on the location of the winner. Home Credit and the winner will agree on the event details depending on the latter’s availability.

8. Electronic raffle draw will be held on January 10, 2025 at 2:00pm at Home Credit office at 7th floor Spark Place Cubao Quezon City with the presence of a DTI representative.

9. Winners will be notified through registered mail, social media post (Home Credit FB Page) e-mail notification and callout via their available contact information on file with Home Credit on January 17, 2024. 

10. Winners must present 2 valid IDs with picture and the official notification letter when claiming their prizes. 

11. Home Credit and its partner-retailers’ employees and its affiliates, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from this raffle.

12. Redemption period of prizes is until 60 days from receipt of registered mail; otherwise, it will be forfeited in favor of Home Credit with prior DTI approval.

13. An authorized representative can claim the prize on behalf of the winner and must present an authorization letter, photocopy of winner’s ID and 2 valid IDs of authorized representative.  Winners may claim their Prize at the Home Credit Office - 7th floor Spark Place Bldg., P. Tuazon Ave corner 10th Ave. Cubao, Quezon City. Provincial winners may coordinate at the nearest HC Consumer office in their area.

14. A customer can only win once. If the name is drawn more than once, the winner must get the prize with a higher value.

15. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.00) and other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the Home credit.

16. The prizes are not convertible to cash and not transferable.
